新的音乐课程标准出台以来,我国农村基础音乐教育在制度建设、教学方法、实践活动等方面取得了有目共睹的成绩。但同时问题也较为严峻,突出表现是:高校音乐教育迅猛发展,农村基础音乐教育非常滞后甚至止步不前,高校与农村基础音乐教育呈现出严重不平衡且日益扩大化的态势。文章围绕高校与农村的师资结构、教材使用、教学设备等要素进行了比较研究,分析原因并提出相应建议。
Since the introduction of the new music curriculum standard, basic education in rural areas in our country has achieved remarkable results in system construction, teaching methods and practical activities. But at the same time, the problems are also more serious. The outstanding performance is that the rapid development of music education in colleges and universities, the backward music education in rural areas lagging behind or even halting, and the basic music education in colleges and rural areas showing a serious unbalanced and increasingly magnified trend. The article makes a comparative study of the teacher structure, the use of teaching materials and teaching equipment in universities and rural areas, analyzes the causes and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
