莲藕的藕和莲子均有较高的营养和经济价值,有厚肠胃、固精气、强筋骨、补虚损等药效,深受消费者喜爱,具有良好的市场开发前景。过去多在池塘中种质不稳定。莲藕旱地栽培技术能有效解决土壤、水、肥等技术问题,提高产量与品质,实现高产高效。从上世纪90年代开始,太康县城郊乡开始了莲藕旱地栽培技术的研究,目前已发展莲藕生产区253.46万余平方米,每667平方米产4000千克,每667平方米纯收入9600元。现将配套技术介绍如下。
