用清醒山羊慢性肺淋巴瘘模型,观察了白细胞在酵母多糖活化的血浆(ZAP)导致的急性肺损伤中的作用。输入ZAP后,肺动脉压(P(?)a)显著增高,外周血白细胞数减少,肺淋巴流量(QL)增加,淋巴与血浆蛋白比值(L/P)增大。动脉血浆TXB_2含量增加与P(?)a升高呈显著相关。而用抗体减少白细胞后再用ZAP致伤,P(?)a增高的幅度明显为低,同时QL、L/P及TXB_2含量均无显著改变。结果提示:①ZAP引起的TXA_2合成及释放增多与白细胞有关;②预先减少山羊的白细胞可防止ZAP导致的肺损伤。
The role of leukocytes in acute lung injury induced by zymosan (ZAP) was observed in a conscious goat chronic lung lymphatic fistula model. Pulmonary arterial pressure (P (?) A) was significantly increased after ZAP administration, and the number of peripheral white blood cells was decreased. The pulmonary lymph flow (QL) and the ratio of lymphocyte to plasma protein (L / P) were increased. Arterial plasma TXB_2 content increased with the increase of P (?) A was significantly correlated. However, the increase of P (?) A was obviously lower with the decrease of white blood cells and the injury of ZAP with ZAP, while the contents of QL, L / P and TXB_2 were not significantly changed. The results suggest that: ① ZAP-induced TXA 2 synthesis and release increased with leukocyte-related; ② pre-reduced goat white blood cells can prevent ZAP-induced lung injury.
