河道洪水波运动中,同时存在着推移和坦化两种作用,它们密切相关,导致河道里上、下断面流量(水位)过程线上的相应流量(水位)呈现各种关系.滞后演算法同时分别考虑这两种作用,建立了概念性模型,参数可用水力特性表示,具有明确的物理意义.在山区河流的上游及闸坝放水的下游,应用效果较好.文中还将它与其他演算方法做了比较和论述.
During the course of floodwaters, there are two kinds of actions of displacement and densification, which are closely related to each other, resulting in a variety of relationships between the corresponding flow (water level) on the course of the upper and lower sections of the river.
