旅游管理专业设置与社会经济发展相适应,培养的人才为快速发展的旅游业提供了人力资源保障。学生在学校接触理论知识的学习和酒店中的实习相结合,实现与走向社会的对接,这种学习方案在逻辑上解决了学生动手实践能力差的局面。但是在实际操作中酒店实习管理也遇到一些问题,学校、学生和酒店三方利益交汇处构成了冲突的核心点。本文探究了优化旅游管理专业酒店实习的对策。
Tourism management settings and socio-economic development to adapt to the training of personnel for the rapid development of the tourism industry has provided human resources protection. Students in the school contact theoretical knowledge and hotel internships to achieve and docking to the community, this learning program in the logic to solve the problem of poor students practical ability. However, in practice, hotel internship management also encounters some problems. The interchange of interests of schools, students and hotels constitutes the core of the conflict. This article explores the countermeasures for optimizing internship in hotel management of tourism management.
