目的:测量并比较不同层次护生的生命质量,提出改善以及应对的建议。方法:利用SF-36量表对不同层次的护生进行生命质量的自评调查,并针对调查结果进行定性访谈。结果:共发出问卷104份,收回有效问卷99份。SF-36量表各领域Cronbach’sα系数多数位于0.65~0.85范围内,多数领域间的相关系数小于0.4。护生生命质量在VT、MH领域得分最低,PF领域得分最高;二年制大专班护生的VT领域得分显著高于五年制本科班(P=0.016),其余领域得分差异无统计学意义。定性访谈发现VT、MH领域得分较低的原因主要是各种压力过大、应对方式单一等。结论:应用SF-36量表测量护生的生命质量具有较高的信度、效度,护生的生命质量不容乐观,应针对某些领域给予特殊关照。
OBJECTIVE: To measure and compare the quality of life of nursing students at different levels and to propose suggestions for improvement and coping. Methods: The quality of life self-assessment of different levels of nursing students was investigated by using SF-36 scale, and qualitative interview was conducted according to the results of the survey. Results: A total of 104 questionnaires were sent out, and 99 valid questionnaires were returned. Most of the Cronbach’s alpha coefficients in the SF-36 scale ranged from 0.65 to 0.85, with correlation coefficients less than 0.4 in most fields. The quality of nursing students in the field of VT, MH scored the lowest, PF field scored the highest; two-year college nursing students VT field score was significantly higher than the five-year undergraduate (P = 0.016), the rest of the field score was no significant difference . Qualitative interviews found that VT, MH field scores lower mainly due to a variety of stress, coping style and so on. Conclusion: The application of SF-36 scale to measure the quality of life of nursing students has high reliability and validity, and the quality of life of nursing students can not be optimistic. Special care should be given to some areas.
