司法精神病鉴定结论中的“偏执性精神病,无诉讼行为能力”可能导致诸多方面的问题,鉴于此,建议偏执性精神病的诊断只限于临床精神医学研究的范畴。
In view of this, it is suggested that the diagnosis of paranoid psychosis is confined to the field of clinical psychiatry research because “paranoid psychosis and non-litigation ability ” in the conclusion of forensic psychiatric examination may lead to many problems.
