为实现硬齿面面齿轮加工,促进面齿轮在航空齿轮传动中的应用,对面齿轮的磨齿加工方法展开研究,并研究了磨齿加工过程中的蜗杆砂轮设计方法及磨损蜗杆砂轮的修整方法。根据面齿轮、蜗杆砂轮及媒介齿轮的啮合关系,建立了啮合关系坐标系;结合媒介齿轮的齿廓方程和坐标转换关系,应用包络原理,推导出蜗杆砂轮和面齿轮的齿廓方程,得到蜗杆砂轮和面齿轮的加工方法;通过数值计算方法,对面齿轮和蜗杆砂轮的齿廓进行仿真,应用三维软件建立三维模型;对蜗杆砂轮的修整原理和修整方法进行研究,并对修整过程进行仿真,为面齿轮磨齿加工奠定了基础。
In order to realize the machining of hardened face gear and promote the application of face gear in aeronautical gear transmission, the gear grinding method of face gear is studied. The design method of worm gear and the dressing method of worn worm wheel are studied. . According to the meshing relationship of face gear, worm wheel and medium gear, the coordinate system of meshing relationship was established. By using the envelope equation, the tooth profile equation of worm wheel and face gear was obtained by combining the profile equation of gear and coordinate conversion. Worm gear and face gear machining method; through the numerical calculation method, the tooth profile of the face gear and the worm gear wheel is simulated, the three-dimensional software is used to establish the three-dimensional model; the worm wheel dressing principle and dressing method are studied, and the dressing process is simulated , Laid the foundation for face gear grinding.
