实验用利多卡因分别可逆性阻断蓝斑或外侧臂旁核,观察阻断这二个核团对缰核内注入L-谷氨酸影响血压、心率的效应。结果表明:兴奋缰核引起的血压升高可分别因阻断蓝斑和外侧臂旁核而明显削弱。阻断蓝斑可使缰核兴奋的升压作用降低55.34%。阻断外侧臂旁核则使之降低49.88%。表明缰核的升压作用至少要部分通过蓝斑和外侧臂旁核的下行活动实现;阻断蓝斑可同时使兴奋缰核加快心率的作用削弱55.40%,而阻断臂旁核却不能减慢缰核的此作用。实验结果提示,蓝斑、臂旁核对心血管活动的调节作用可能受缰核这个高位结构的控制。
Experiments with lidocaine reversibly block the blue or lateral parabrachial nucleus, blocking the two nuclei blocking the L-glutamate injected into the habenula affect blood pressure, heart rate effects. The results showed that: excited by the habenular-induced hypertension can be significantly reduced due to the block of the locus coeruleus and the lateral arm was significantly weakened. Blocking the blue spot can reduce the step-up effect of the habenular nucleus by 55.34%. Blocking the lateral parabrachial nucleus reduced it by 49.88%. The results suggest that the hypothalamic effect of the habenula is at least partially mediated by the descending activity of the locus coeruleus and the lateral parabrachial nucleus. Blocking the locus coeruleus can attenuate the effect of the excited habenular nucleus on heart rate by 55.40% Slow han nucleus of this role. The experimental results suggest that the regulation of locus coeruleus and parabrachial nucleus on cardiovascular activity may be controlled by the high structure of the habenula.
