民办非学历教育和社区教育都属于我国现代教育体系中的有机组成部分,两者在教育内容和发展内在需求表现出的一致性,为合作奠定了基础。采用合理的模式将两者结合,构成开放的互利互补系统,不仅是促进各自功能完善实现可持续发展的道路,而且对政府统筹现有各类教育资源,形成教育合力是有益探索。 Private non-diploma education and community education all belong to the organic part of the modern education system in our country. The consistency between the two in the intrinsic demand of education content and development lays the foundation for cooperation. Using a reasonable model to combine the two to form an open system of mutual benefits and complementarity is not only a way to promote their own functions and perfect their sustainable development, but also a useful exploration of the government’s co-ordination of various existing educational resources and formation of joint education.
