1959年1至3季度,柳州市企业財务成本工作在党的正确領导和各企业的积极努力下,通过开展增产节約运动,特別是反右傾、鼓干劲及党的八届八中全会文件的深入学习,取得了很大成績,促进了生产,增加了积累。今年1至9月份,全市工业总产值完成了全年計划的82.43%,比去年全年还增长8%;可比产品成本比上年降低7.9%;亏損戶由一季度的19戶减少到9月份的8戶,亏損額第三季度比第二季度减少39%,1至8月份全属亏損
