目的通过对成人肺部自动毫安与固定毫安CT检查辐射剂量的对比分析,自动毫安技术在肺部CT扫描中的优势。方法 20例肺部病变的成人患者,在初查时均采用固定毫安(200mA)行螺旋CT肺部扫描;复查时,在其他扫描条件不变的情况下,采用自动毫安(70~200mA)扫描;分别记录单层毫安值和DLP值,由两名放射科高年资诊断医生观察比较两者的图像质量差异。结果自动毫安与固定毫安CT扫描后的图像质量无明显差异,前者单层毫安值最低可为后者的35%。两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论肺部CT检查采用自动毫安技术扫描,与常规固定毫安扫描图像质量无差别,并且能大幅度降低毫安值及辐射剂量,是较理想的肺部CT扫描方案。
OBJECTIVE To compare the advantages of automatic milliampere technique in lung computed tomography by comparing and analyzing the radiation dose of automatic milliamp and fixed milliamp CT in adult lungs. Methods Twenty adult patients with pulmonary lesion were examined with fixed milliampere (200mA) spiral CT lung scan at the time of initial examination. When the other scanning conditions were unchanged, automatic milliampere (70 ~ 200mA ) Were recorded; separately recorded mAh value and DLP value, by two senior radiology diagnosis of doctors to observe the difference between the two images. Results Auto milliampere and fixed milliampere CT image quality after scanning no significant difference, the former monolayer milliamperes as low as 35% of the latter. The difference between the two was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The pulmonary CT scan using automatic milliampere technique, which has no difference with conventional fixed milliamperation scanning images, and can significantly reduce the milliampere value and radiation dose, is an ideal lung CT scanning scheme.
