时代的发展带动了国企的发展,虽然国有集团公司正在通过各种方式逐渐完善公司内部财务管理体系,但是实际依然存在各种制约国有集团公司财务体系构建的的因素。以当前新一轮国企改革背景下国有集团公司财务管控体系构建入手,阐述如何通过有效方式提升财务管控体系的科学性、有效性,使其更好的为国有集团公司发展服务。
The development of the times has led to the development of state-owned enterprises. Although the state-owned group companies are gradually improving their internal financial management systems through various means, various factors still exist that constrain the establishment of the financial system of state-owned group companies. Starting with the construction of the financial management and control system of the state-owned group companies under the current new round of state-owned enterprise reform, this article explains how to improve the scientific and effective financial management and control system in an effective way to better serve the development of state-owned group companies.
