本文从剖析缝管式锚杆的锚固力着手,分析了其工艺参数的若干问题,得到了一些有技术经济意义的见解。从顶板稳定性分析发现,缝管锚杆的全长锚固力不是许用锚固力,单用全长锚固力来衡量缝管锚杆是不全面的。用锚固力方程和实测资料分析了各种因素对缝管锚杆锚固力的影响程度。论述了用普碳钢制作缝管锚杆的可行性,也论述了用几何作图法确定锚杆缝宽的原理和实例。
This paper starts from analyzing the anchoring force of the seamed-pipe anchor, analyzes some problems of the process parameters, and obtains some opinions of technical and economic significance. From the stability analysis of the roof, it is found that the total anchorage force of the suture anchor is not the allowable anchorage force, and the single anchorage force of the suture anchor is not comprehensive. The influence of various factors on the anchorage force of the pipe anchor is analyzed with the anchorage force equation and the measured data. The feasibility of making seamed pipe anchor rod with plain carbon steel is discussed. The principle and example of determining the anchor bolt joint width by geometric drawing method are also discussed.
