小额担保贷款是2003年党中央、国务院为促进下岗失业人员自谋职业、自主创业的一项扶持政策,在促进全民创业、扩大就业、改善群众生活、推动县域经济和社会发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是,随着小额担保贷款工作的深入开展,社会就业结构和形势的变化,小额担保贷款面临着新的困难,出现了一些与形势和要求不相适应的问题。本文以新源县为例,对目前小额担保贷款促进就业工作在县级部门运行中存在的问题和改进的思路进行了一些探索,旨在为能更好的开展小额担保贷款,促进创业就业工作。
