1973年10月～1974年10月间,我科试用呋喃唑酮治疗伤寒72例,疗效满意,副作用少,复发率低,现与氯霉素治疗的15例对照总结如下: 临床资料一、概况本组伤寒87例。病人多数为儿童(62%),其次为青中年(36%),男35,女52;年龄最大49岁,最小3岁;病程最长42天,最短4天。我们将这87例分两组:一组为呋喃唑酮治疗组72例,另一组为氯霉素治疗对照组15例。两组病情近似。
