林业公路是林业木材生产、营林、防火、综合利用和多种经营等运输生产的综合性道路,它和林业各项生产、建设的效益息息相关。但就目前来看,林业公路的养护和使用管理工作还没有真正被人们所重视,对林业公路无偿使用的现象还很严重,极大地影响了我区林业生产建设的经济效益。因此,本文就如何进一步深化林业企业的改革,如何加强林业公路的养护及管理,作一初步探讨。
Forestry Road is a comprehensive road for forestry timber production, silviculture, fire prevention, comprehensive utilization and diversified transportation. It is closely related to the benefits of various production and construction of forestry. However, for now, forestry road maintenance and use management has not really been valued people, the phenomenon of the free use of forestry roads is still very serious, greatly affected the economic benefits of forestry production and construction in our region. Therefore, this paper makes a preliminary study on how to further deepen the reform of forestry enterprises and how to strengthen the maintenance and management of forestry roads.
