日前,国务院印发《关于积极发挥新消费引领作用加快培育形成新供给新动力的指导意见》。《指导意见》指出,我国已进入消费需求持续增长、消费结构加快升级、消费拉动经济作用明显增强的重要阶段。以传统消费提质升级、新兴消费蓬勃兴起为主要内容的新消费,及其催生的相关产业发展、科技创新、基础设施建设和公共服务等领域的新投资新供给,蕴藏着巨大发展潜力和空间。
