本文介绍了以:聚砜、二甲基甲酰胺、乙二醇甲醚铸膜液制备出孔径为200—300A°的聚砜多孔膜。讨论了成膜工艺中主要参数,即铸膜液组成、冷浸浴的组成,冷浸浴温度,环境湿度以及铸膜液的溶解状态等对膜性能的影响,并对膜的形态结构进行了扫描电镜观察,选择了较好的配方和成膜条件。
In this paper, a polysulfone porous membrane with a pore size of 200-300A ° was prepared by using polysulfone, dimethylformamide and ethylene glycol methyl ether as casting solution.
