细胞迁移是胃肠黏膜损伤修复的重要步骤,胃肠黏膜损伤修复是益气健脾中药的作用机理之一。细胞迁移与细胞骨架的动态变化密切相关。Rho鸟苷三磷酸酶(Rho GTPases)对细胞骨架动态变化的调节有重要作用。通过综述细胞迁移中细胞骨架(微管、肌动蛋白丝、中间丝状体)所发生的动态变化和Rho GTPases调控细胞骨架的分子机制,以期为益气健脾中药治疗脾胃病的分子机理研究提供新思路,也为中医药胃黏膜保护机制研究提供参考。
Cell migration is an important step in the repair of gastrointestinal mucosal injury. Gastrointestinal mucosal injury repair is one of the mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine. Cell migration is closely related to the dynamic changes of cytoskeleton. Rho guanosine triphosphatase (Rho GTPases) plays an important role in the regulation of the dynamic changes of cytoskeleton. By reviewing the dynamic changes of cytoskeleton (microtubules, actin filaments, intermediate filaments) and the molecular mechanism of Rho GTPases regulating cytoskeleton in the process of cell migration, the molecular mechanism of treatment of spleen-stomach diseases with Yiqi Jianpi traditional Chinese medicine Provide new ideas, but also provide a reference for the study of gastric mucosal protective mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine.
