在我国,800万农村教师承担着6600万农村中小学生的教育。农村教师队伍建设是农村教育事业发展的重要组成部分,农村师资水平的高低直接决定着农村教育质量的优劣。大力提高乡村教师队伍素质。加强农村村小教师的学习型组织的建设,切实提高他们的整体素质,推动教师职业的专业化发展, 是农村教育亟待研究和解决的重大课题之一。本文拟就农村村小教师学习型组织的构建策略,提出我的看法。
In our country, 8 million rural teachers bear the education of 66 million primary and secondary school students in rural areas. The construction of the contingent of rural teachers is an important part of the development of rural education. The level of rural teachers directly determines the quality of rural education. Vigorously improve the quality of rural teachers. It is one of the major topics urgently needed to be studied and solved in rural education to strengthen the construction of learning organizations of rural small teachers, effectively improve their overall quality and promote the professional development of teachers’ occupations. In this paper, we will put forward my opinion on how to construct a learning organization for small teachers in rural villages.
