铺床是客房服务过程中的一项最基本最核心的技能。本文主要针对中职学校旅游专业学生对铺床操作技能的学习积极性不高。对此现象,本文提出了铺床的意义、通过案例分析阐述文化渗透式教学法在铺床技能教学中的运用,从而来提高学生对铺床服务的积极性。 Bed making is one of the most basic and core skills in the room service. This article is mainly aimed at secondary vocational school tourism matriculation bedding operation skills of learning enthusiasm is not high. To this phenomenon, this article puts forward the significance of making beds, through the case analysis of the teaching of culture penetration method in the teaching of bed making skills, so as to improve the students’ enthusiasm for making beds.
