目的临床观察、总结和分析注射用双黄连不良反应表现和特点。方法通过门诊住院注射用双黄连临床使用专用卡记录,并建立随访追踪不良反应档案,进行总结分析。结果2176例临床使用病人中,不良反应共47例,其中丘疹、血管刺激35例,其他为烦躁、搔痒、失眠、气急、药物热等,均属轻度、过敏性休克1例(为79a老患者)停药对症处理、均能康复。结论注射用双黄连临床不良反应发生率为2.16%,多为变态反应,轻度,休克1例,无死亡病例,临床使用还是安全的。
Objective To observe, summarize and analyze the adverse reactions and characteristics of Shuanghuanglian for injection. Methods The clinically used special card for Shuanghuanglian was used for outpatient and inpatient injections, and the adverse reaction files of follow-up were established and analyzed. Results Of the 2176 cases of clinical use, 47 were adverse reactions, including papules and vascular irritation in 35 cases. Others were irritability, itching, insomnia, shortness of breath, and drug fever, all of which were mild and anaphylactic shock in one case (79 years old). The patient stopped the symptomatic treatment and recovered. Conclusion The incidence of clinical adverse reactions of Shuanghuanglian injection is 2.16%. Most of them are allergic, mild, shock, and no death. Clinical use is still safe.
