自Isaas和Lindenmann发现干扰素以来,现国外已能大规模生产,并已应用于临床治疗病毒性疾病和肿瘤.国内有的单位用干扰素治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎、带状疱疹、风疹及腮腺炎等病毒性疾病均获得了一定的疗效. 我科自1980年开始,用人脐带全血以新城鸡瘟病毒(NDV)诱生制备人白细胞干扰素.并已于1981年2-3月份用于临床,治疗了呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)及腺病毒引起的小儿急性呼吸道感染.现将资料比较完整的8例与对照组8例的病例总结如下.
