对5个年龄组136例IGT者与112例正常人行彩色B型超声检测IMT,以IMT为0.8mm为界值分两组,进行比较。结果:①IGT者与正常人IMT均随年龄增长而增厚,同年龄组IGT者均较正常人增厚明显(P<0.05);②IMT正常人为0.62±0.08mm,其中97%为<0.8mm,IGT为0.81±0.20mm,其中51%≥0.8mm;③IGT者IMT≥0.8mm组的收缩压、舒张压、高血压病程、12小时尿白蛋白、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)、CHD、CVD发生率明显增高,ISI明显低于IMT<0.8mm组,(P<0.05,P<0.01)。而空腹及餐后2小时血糖,HbA1c、TG、Tc两组间无显著差异性。结论:IGT人群IMT已开始增厚,且与高血压、高血压病程I、RI、WHR、MAU、PTG等呈正相关。
IMT was measured by color B ultrasound in 136 IGT patients and 112 normal subjects in 5 age groups. The IMT was 0.8mm, and the two groups were compared. Results: (1) The IMT of both TTT and normal people were thicker with age, IGT in the same age group was thicker than that in normal people (P <0.05); ② The normal IMT was 0.62 ± 0.08mm, of which 97% was <0.8mm, IGT was 0.81 ± 0.20mm, of which 51% ≥0.8mm; ③In group with IMT≥0.8mm, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, duration of hypertension, urinary albumin, fasting insulin, insulin resistance index (IRI), CHD, The incidence of CVD was significantly higher than that of IMT <0.8mm group (P <0.05, P <0.01). Fasting and postprandial blood glucose 2 hours, HbA1c, TG, Tc no significant difference between the two groups. CONCLUSION: IMT in IGT population has begun to thicken and is positively correlated with the duration of hypertension, the duration of hypertension, I, RI, WHR, MAU and PTG.
