以流体动力学为基础,基于混凝土泵送设备两个输送缸交替送料的特点,提出一种新型的双向润滑系统,对该系统进行数学建模及分析,通过求解得到砼活塞唇口处润滑点的油膜厚度曲线,并在实际中得到验证。双向润滑系统不仅可以改善泵送设备结构运动副的润滑效果,延长泵送系统的使用寿命,而且能够减少润滑剂使用量约33%,降低成本,减少对环境的污染。
Based on the fluid dynamics, based on the characteristics of two feeding cylinders of concrete pumping equipment, a new type of two-way lubrication system is proposed.
