1954年,苏联人民——共产主义社会的创造者——在创造性的和平劳动的历史上写下了新的、光荣的一页。 1954年苏联发展国民经济的国家计划的执行结果令人信服地表明,苏联人民在共产党的领导下满怀信心地沿着完成社会主义社会的建设和从社会主义逐渐过渡到共产主义的道路前进。苏联科学家和全国人民一起以极大的热诚迎接了苏联共产党中央委员会一月全体会议的决议。在苏联共产党中央委员会九月(1953年)全体会议以後的一年半时间中,由于共产党的不断关怀和苏联人民的紧张劳动,在发展国民经济和提高劳动人民的福利方面得到了顯著的进展。
In 1954, the Soviet people - the creators of a communist society - wrote a new, glorious page in the history of creative and peaceful labor. The execution of the national plan of the Soviet Union for the development of the national economy in 1954 convincingly shows that the Soviet people, under the leadership of the Communist Party, with confidence, are moving along the road to completing the construction of a socialist society and gradual transition from socialism to communism. Soviet scientists and people across the country welcomed with great enthusiasm the resolution of the January Plenary Session of the Soviet Communist Party Central Committee. During the one and half year period following the September (1953) plenary meeting of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, remarkable progress has been made in developing the national economy and raising the welfare of working people because of the constant care of the Communist Party and the tense work of the Soviet people.
