作为油田企业最为重要的耗能设备,抽油机的能耗管理是采油厂精细管理的重要内容,评价抽油机地面系统的节能潜力对于抽油机的能耗管理具有重要意义。阐述了抽油机地面系统节能潜力的概念,在分析抽油机地面系统能量损耗模式的基础上,提出了基于地面示功图数据与抽油机结构参数的抽油机地面系统最小损耗的计算方法。根据现场实测数据及本文提出的计算方法,对胜利油田5口抽油机井地面系统的节能潜力进行了评价,论证了该方法的实用性与有效性。
As the most important energy-consuming equipment in oilfield enterprises, the energy consumption management of the pumping unit is an important part of the fine management of the oil production plant. It is of great significance to evaluate the energy-saving potential of the pumping system on the ground for the pumping unit. The concept of energy saving potential of the pumping system is described. Based on the analysis of the energy loss mode of pumping system, the minimum loss of pumping system based on the surface dynamometer data and the structural parameters of the pumping unit is proposed method. According to the measured data in the field and the calculation method proposed in this paper, the energy saving potential of the ground system of five pumping wells in Shengli Oilfield is evaluated, and the practicability and effectiveness of the method are demonstrated.
