电源结构改革是电源开发布局亟待决策的关键问题,应大力提高调峰电源比重,采用合理投资,装设充足得当的调峰设施才是既安全又经济的合理办法。加快加大水电和核电建设,同样可以降低煤电的比重,建设水电应选择具备调峰能力。适度控制风电、太阳能发电的建设,必须具备相适应的调峰设施,才能解决严重的“弃风”和“弃光”问题。
The structural reform of power supply is the key issue that needs to be decided urgently in the layout of power supply development. The proportion of peak power supply should be greatly improved. It is a safe and economical method to invest properly and to install adequately adjusted peak regulating facilities. Accelerate the construction of hydropower and nuclear power, the same can reduce the proportion of coal, hydropower construction should choose to have peak regulation capacity. To properly control the construction of wind power and solar power generation, it is necessary to have appropriate peak shaving facilities to solve the serious problems of “abandoning wind” and “abandoning light”.
