江苏省电力公司职业技能训练基地(以下简称职训基地)承担着江苏省农电系统44519名农电员工高技能等级培训工作,是江苏省电力公司提升农电人员职业技能水平,规范农村电网建设和农村供电所管理的重要力量,为了适应江苏农电事业快速发展对高素质技能型人才需求,职训基地近年来先后组织在13个地市供电公司选取比较有代表性的农村供电所现场座谈,实地对基层供电所培训管理、“四个一”工程模式以及农电员工队伍建设等方面情况进行了有针对性的调研,并结合当前农村供电所对新设备、新技术应用方面的动态,针对培训量每年递增的现状,分析了师资队伍所面临的问题,提出了相应对策和举措。
