The study of multicultural music education has provided a great deal of material on the cultural background and translation aspects of various music. However, the mere material alone can not solve the problem of teachers’ ability to conduct multicultural music education. Even existing traditional courses are still questionable whether they can achieve the targets set by experts. Because these goals have put the existing hours, equipment, teachers, administrative expenses, etc. in a very tight state. Obviously, the rationale for adding the goal of multicultural education can not be obtained from the content of the materials used in teaching. The research on multicultural music education has so far failed to answer the question: what is the impact of intercultural orientation on musical concepts?
