以ADC12机油滤清器座为研究对象,使用分析软件Flow-3D,研究溢流系统总体积与铸件的总体积的比值关系。结果表明,溢流系统设计的大小及位置对充填过程影响很大。当溢流系统总体积占铸件总体积29%时,铸件中的卷气、氧化物等明显减少。
Taking the ADC12 oil filter seat as the research object, the analysis software Flow-3D was used to study the ratio of the total volume of the overflow system to the total volume of the casting. The results show that the size and location of the overflow system design have a significant impact on the filling process. When the total volume of the overflow system accounts for 29% of the total volume of the castings, the volume of gas and oxides in the castings is significantly reduced.
