目的建立新的蒲黄破壁技术——超高压撞击流破壁法;探索激光粒度分析法代替传统的中药显微定量法检查蒲黄破壁率的可行性。方法设计L9(34)正交试验,以破壁率(分别以中药显微定量法及激光粒度分析法测定)为评价指标,对蒲黄超高压撞击流破壁处理,优选破壁最佳工艺;比较破壁前后蒲黄在显微、粒度分布等方面的变化。结果蒲黄破壁最佳方案为A2B3C3,两种方法所测破壁率结果基本一致;破壁前后显微形态变化明显;各粒度分布值随破壁因素呈有规律变化。结论超高压撞击流技术对蒲黄破壁效果良好,激光粒度分析法用于测试破壁蒲黄粒度分布,方法简便、快捷,具有客观性,用于代替传统中药显微定量法检查蒲黄破壁率是可行的。
Objective To establish a new Puhuang broken wall technique - ultra-high pressure impingement flow wall-breaking method and to explore the feasibility of laser particle size analysis instead of the traditional Chinese medicine microscopic quantitative method to check the breaking rate of Puhuang. Methods The L9 (34) orthogonal design was used to evaluate the breaking rate of the Puhuang HUHP impingement flow by using the method of microdialysis method and laser particle size analysis respectively. The changes of microscopic and particle size distribution of Puhuang before and after broken wall were compared. Results The optimal solution of Puhuang was A2B3C3. The results of the two methods were basically the same. The morphological changes of the samples before and after the disruption were obvious. The distribution of each size changed regularly with the breaking of the wall. Conclusions Ultrahigh-pressure impact-jet technology has a good effect on breaking Puhuang, and laser particle size analysis is used to test the particle size distribution of Puhuang Pu. The method is simple, rapid and objective, and can be used to replace traditional Chinese medicine Wall rate is feasible.
