构建了组织间信任、强制权力以及供应链中跨组织信息系统开发性应用和探索性应用之间关系的理论模型;采用线性回归进行实证研究,并以信任为直接变量和调节变量,讨论在不同信任程度下强制权力对跨组织信息系统两种应用方式的不同影响。结果显示,组织间信任正向影响跨组织信息系统的开发性和探索性应用,而强制权力受信任的调节作用影响对跨组织信息系统应用方式有不同影响。
The theoretical model of the relationship between interorganizational trust, coercive power and inter-organizational information system development application and exploratory application in supply chain was established. Empirical study was conducted by using linear regression. Trust was taken as direct variable and regulatory variable, Different Effects of Compulsory Power on Two Applications of Cross - organizational Information System under the Level of Trust. The results show that inter-organizational trust positively affects the exploitative and exploratory applications of cross-organizational information systems, whereas the impact of mandatory regulatory power of trust has different effects on the application of cross-organizational information systems.
