一、植物名称芦荟(Aloe vera L.)。二、材料类别幼株茎段。三、培养条件基本培养基为MS培养基附加:(1)BA 0.5～3mg/l(单位下同)+NAA0.01～0.5;(2)BA0.5～1+NAA0.01+GA_30.2～1;(3)IBA 0.2～0.4+CCC_1。培养温度23～27℃,光照1500～2000Lux,每天光照10小时左右。
First, the plant name aloe (Aloe vera L.). Second, material categories young plant stems.
