应用离子色谱法同时测定了硫酸根和磷酸根的含量。用茶叶(GBW 10016)、柑橘叶(GBW 10020)和黄芪(GBW 10028)标准物质来验证方法的准确性,测定值与标准值基本吻合。磷在0.01～100.0μg/mL,硫在0.01～60.00μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(R2≥0.9993),磷和硫的检出限分别为0.00356μg/mL和0.00324μg/mL,方法适用于同时测定中草药中磷硫含量。
Simultaneous determination of sulfate and phosphate by ion chromatography. The accuracy of the method was verified by using tea leaves (GBW 10016), citrus leaves (GBW 10020) and astragalus (GBW 10028) standard. The measured values are in good agreement with the standard values. The detection limit of phosphorus and sulfur were 0.00356μg / mL and 0.00324μg / mL, respectively, with the phosphorus in the range of 0.01-100.0μg / mL and the range of 0.01-60.00μg / mL of sulfur (R2≥0.9993) It is suitable for simultaneous determination of phosphorus and sulfur in Chinese herbal medicine.
