本文报告对80例非吸烟健康人及50例吸烟健康人进行了MTT、MTT_(P(3))、MTT_(P(6))、TT_(P7)、TT_(P8)及TT_(P9)的测定,统计学分析表明,上述各指标与年龄呈中度直线负相关关系(P<0.01~0.001),而与性别无显著相关(P>0.05)。按照男、女及两性对上述各指标、FEV_1/FVC、MMEF、(?)_(50)/H及(?)_(25)/H各指标分别计算出与年龄相关的直线回归方程式、相关系数及SEE、依据方程式预计值±1.645倍SEE作为正常值上限或下限,对50例吸烟健康人进行异常率检验,结果表明:TT_(P7)、TT_(P8)、MTT_(P(3))及MTT_(P(6))、MMEF及(?)_(25)/H的异常率较高,其中新提出的TT_(P7)、TT_(P8)及MTT_(P(3))更为敏感,测量计算更简便。
