In English learning, listening as a basic language skills is also more and more attention. However, junior high school students fear hearing test, only the phenomenon of written English exam is still serious. How to apply some English listening theories to help students improve their listening ability? To explore the effective methods of applying listening theory from the perspective of speech track theory, schema theory, constructivism theory and metacognition theory.
