目的比较胃癌组织及其癌旁组织中叉头蛋白3(forkheadboxprotein3,FoxP3)和腺苷2a受体(adenosine 2a receptor,A2aR)表达的差兄,并探索胃癌组织FoxP3和A2aR的岛表达与灼其临床病理学特征的关系。方法回顾性收集2015年7月至2016年11月;9期间于徐州医科大学附属医院接受手术治疗的52例胃癌患者的癌组织及其癌旁组织标本,采片用免疫组织化学染色方法检测其FoxP3和A2aR的表达:结果①胃癌组织中FoxP3的高表达率为69.2%(36/52),高于癌旁组织的11.5%(6/52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);胃癌组织中A2aR的高表达率为69.2%(36/52),高于癌旁组织的25.0%(13/52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)②胃癌组织中,FoxP3与A2aR的表达之间存在正相关性关系(r=0.76,P<0.05)}③在胃癌组织中,FoxP3和A2aR的高表达均与患的性别、年龄、肿瘤直径、肿瘤位置、分化程度、大体分型及舅组织学分型无关(P>0.05),而均与TNM分期、T分期、淋巴结转移数目及远处转移有关(P<0.05),Ⅲ期+Ⅳ期患者的高表达率高于Ⅰ期+Ⅱ期患者,T3期+T4期患者的高表达率高于T1期+T2期患者,有远处转移患者的高表达率高于无远处转移患者,且随淋巴结转移数目的增多,高表达率逐渐增高。结论胃癌组织中存在FoxP3和A2aR的高表达,二者可能是促进胃癌发生与发展的重要因素。
Objective To compare the expression of forkhead box 3 (FoxP3) and adenosine 2a receptor (A2aR) in gastric cancer tissues and their adjacent tissues, and to explore the expression and scorching of FoxP3 and A2aR in gastric cancer tissues. Methods We retrospectively collected the specimens of 52 cases of gastric cancer and its paraneoplastic tissues from July 2015 to November 2016; and 9 cases treated with surgery in the affiliated hospital of Xuzhou Medical University. Expression of FoxP3 and A2aR: Results 1 The high expression rate of FoxP3 in gastric cancer tissues was 69.2% (36/52), which was higher than that of paratumor tissues (11.5% (6/52)). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.001). The high expression rate of A2aR in gastric cancer tissues was 69.2% (36/52), higher than that in adjacent tissues (25.0% (13/52)). There was no relationship between histological type and histological grade (P>0.05), but all were related to TNM stage, T stage, lymph node metastasis number and distant metastasis (P<0.05). The high expression rate of stage III+IV patients was higher than that of stage I+ In Phase II patients, the high expression rate in patients with T3+T4 was higher than that in T1+T2 patients. The high expression rate in patients with distant metastasis was higher than that in patients without distant metastasis, and The number of lymph node metastases increased and the high expression rate gradually increased. Conclusion There is high expression of FoxP3 and A2aR in gastric cancer tissues, which may be important factors in promoting the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
