目的探讨超声检查在甲状腺癌诊断中的实用价值。方法采用二维超声、彩色多普勒超声及实时复合成像技术,对36例甲状腺癌的53个病灶进行超声检查,并与术后病理结果进行对比。结果甲状腺癌内部回声欠均,可见沙砾样钙化,复合成像技术可较好地显示内部钙化;病灶内可见较丰富彩色血流信号显示,峰值速度较高,阻力指数>0.7,上升支及下降支快速。结论彩色多普勒超声及复合成像技术在甲状腺癌诊断中具有重要价值。
Objective To explore the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer. Methods Two-dimensional ultrasound, color Doppler ultrasonography and real-time compound imaging were used to perform ultrasound examination on the 53 lesions of 36 cases of thyroid cancer, and compared with postoperative pathological results. Results The internal echo of thyroid cancer was unequal, and sand-like calcification was seen. The composite imaging technique could better show the internal calcification; the color blood flow signal showed more abundant color in the lesion, the peak velocity was higher, the resistance index was higher than 0.7, the rising branch and the descending branch. fast. Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound and compound imaging have important value in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer.
