目的:对比分析阿托品与解磷定在解救家兔有机磷农药中毒中的应用效果。方法:选取有机磷农药中毒的家兔20只作为研究对象,随机均分为A、B两组,对甲组的10只家兔用阿托品解决,对乙组的10只兔子则采用解磷定解决,并对2组的解救效果进行对比分析。结果:从研究分析的结果看来,解磷定具有环节肌束颤动、肌无力以及惊厥的作用,而对应的阿托品则具备了缓解平滑肌痉挛、腺体分泌的作用。结论:经研究得出,在对有机磷农药中毒的家兔的解救过程中,解磷定主要对抗N样症状,但是其对M样的症状的影响不明显,与此对应的阿托品可拮抗有机磷中毒的M样作用,所以,在对有机磷农药动物的解救中,这两类药物合用的效果会更好,应当推广使用。
Objective: To compare and analyze the application effects of atropine and phosphate solubilization in rescuing organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in rabbits. Methods: Twenty rabbits with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were randomly divided into A and B groups. Conclusions: The study found that in the rescue of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning rabbits, Phosphorodine mainly against N-like symptoms, but its effect on M-like symptoms is not obvious, and this corresponds to atropine can antagonize organic Phosphorus poisoning M-like effect, therefore, in the rescue of organophosphorus pesticide animals, the combined effect of these two drugs will be better, it should be widely used.
