小鼠吸入镉气溶胶后的免疫抑制效应

实验用近亲繁殖的雌性C 57 B 1/6小鼠,8~10周龄,体重18~20 g。采用两种给镉(CdCl_2)方式:(1)一次吸入镉(Cd)气溶胶共60分钟,浓度为0.88 ng/m~3,气溶胶颗粒直径至少一半为0.3~0.7μm(平均空气动力学直径=0.7±0.3μm),吸入后1、4、7和14天,静脉注射绵羊红细胞(SRBC),对照是在1和14天静脉注射SRBC。(2)饮用含镉水,浓度为5、100和200 ppm,共12~16周,静脉注射SRBC。均在免疫后4天取脾脏,检测有核细胞数、细胞生活力、空斑形成细胞 Inbred female C57B 1/6 mice, 8-10 weeks old, weighing 18-20 g, were used for experiments.
