本文基于对合资企业核心员工的重要作用及其跨文化考核问题的分析和研究,提出了解决合资企业核心员工跨文化考核管理问题的对策和建议:即实施有效的跨文化沟通;在共同的管理制度基础上达到考核文化的统一;运用多种灵活的考核方式等。
Based on the analysis of the important role of core staff in joint ventures and their cross-cultural assessment issues, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the cross-cultural assessment and management problems of core staff in joint ventures: implementing effective cross-cultural communication, On the basis of the system to achieve the unity of assessment culture; the use of a variety of flexible assessment methods.
