粳稻品种牡丹江 8号具有繁殖周期短、对多个白叶枯病和稻瘟病生理小种感病或高度感病的优点 ,因此 ,是水稻抗白叶枯病和抗稻瘟病基因克隆研究中候选基因功能验证的一个理想受体。本试验通过对农杆菌侵染参数的优化 ,建立了农杆菌介导的牡丹江 8号高效转基因操作体系。在 3次重复试验中 ,该转基因操作体系抗性愈伤转化率分别为 6 7.5 %、 75 .8%和 70 .0 % ,抗性植株转化率分别为 36 .2 %、 4 2 .1%和 37.9% ,具有较高的转基因效率和转基因稳定性 ;并作为标准化操作程序应用于多个粳稻品种的农杆菌介导的转基因研究
