2015年以来,国际油价持续下跌,从目前来看,需求疲软,油价将长期在低位徘徊,国内各个油田公司限产关井,压缩投资,石油工程技术服务企业面临前所未有的危机,坚定不移地走出去,按照项目制管理,走低成本发展道路,提高企业的生存能力,从内部着手,优化企业管理模式,革新企业管理方案,使企业能够更加从容的面对激烈的市场竞争。本文从加强石油工程技术服务企业项目制管理的重要性出发,分析了当前管理制度中的不足之处,探讨了加强项目制管理的具体方法。
