通过对某特大桥深水基础装配式双壁钢围堰施工的介绍,阐明了利用桩基平台,搭建小型多层内平台,直接在堰内进行围堰拼装、沉放的施工工艺。与借助钢护筒沉放、借助堰外平台吊装的常用方式比,实现了无护筒沉放及护筒的二次周转,大幅减少了桩基护筒投入、缩减了深水平台规模、取消了大型吊装设备。沉放精度更高,施工质量优良,节约了数百万元施工成本。为类似工程提供借鉴与参考。
