人力资源是企业的第一资源,人力资源管理是企业管理的重要职责之一。在人力资源开发与管理中,员工的薪酬管理是一项十分重要的内容。薪酬管理制度是否合理、是否科学;给予员工的报酬是否符合他们的要求、让员工感到满意,不仅关系到员工个人的切身物质利益,还将直接影响到员工的积极性、主动性和创造性,影响到企业经营效益的提高,进而对企业战略目标的实现产生重大影响。当前我国的企业薪酬管理状况并不令人满意。本文将对这些问题进行分析和探讨,进而针对其给出一些粗浅的改进建议。
