1实验要求物理实验要求用到3种多级梯度靶:在12.5μm的Ti箔上沉积八级梯度(厚度分别为10、20、40、80、160、320、640和1500nm)的W膜(图1a),在12.5μm的Ti箔上沉积四级梯度(厚度分别为100、300、500和1000nm)的Al膜(图1b)和在7μm的Al箔上沉积八级梯度(厚度由左至右分别为:15、30、75、150、300、525、825和1100nm)的Mo膜(图2)。
EXPERIMENT REQUIREMENTS Physical experiments required the use of three multistage gradient targets: Eight W gradient films (10, 20, 40, 80, 160, 320, 640 and 1500 nm thick) of W film Fig. 1a), four layers of Al films (100, 300, 500 and 1000 nm in thickness) (Fig. 1b) were deposited on a 12.5 μm Ti foil and eight gradients Right respectively: 15, 30, 75, 150, 300, 525, 825 and 1100 nm) Mo film (Figure 2).
