目的探讨肛周脓肿术后的护理方法,观察临床疗效,评价实用价值。方法回顾性总结我院2014年11月~2015年10月肛肠科80例肛周脓肿患者术后护理的情况。结果 80例患者术后创面愈合良好,达到临床治愈出院的标准,出院后近期无复发的78位,复发后行2次手术的2位,也已治愈出院。结论对肛周脓肿患者做好术后护理,能提高治疗效果,降低术后复发率,减轻患者痛苦,具有良好的临床实用价值。
Objective To investigate the nursing of perianal abscess after operation, observe the clinical curative effect and evaluate its practical value. Methods A retrospective review of our hospital from November 2014 to October 2015 anorectal 80 cases of perianal abscess patients postoperative care. Results 80 cases of patients with wound healing well, reaching the standard of clinical cure discharge, 78 cases of no recurrence after discharge, 2 cases of 2 surgeries after recurrent, but also cured and discharged. Conclusions Postoperative care for patients with perianal abscess can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the recurrence rate and relieve the patient’s pain, which has a good clinical value.
