杭州湾水域是世界三大强潮湾之一,自然条件十分恶劣,环境复杂多变。作为杭州湾跨海大桥南滩涂区施工的咽喉工程,全长9.78 km的南岸超长栈桥规模大,设计使用寿命为5年,其设计标准接近于半永久结构。栈桥边施工边投入运营,对施工和运营安全提出了挑战。为此,必须对栈桥设计、施工、运营等过程实施安全控制。通过确定合理的设计标准并选择结构形式,在施工、运营中加强监测和养护维修,实施交通管制并建立预警、抢险机制,确保栈桥的正常施工和使用。
Hangzhou Bay is one of the world’s three major tidal waves, the natural conditions are very poor, complex and volatile environment. As the throat project for the construction of the South Beach area in the Hangzhou Bay Bridge, the long-span south bank of 9.78 km in length has a large design life of 5 years and its design standard is close to semi-permanent structure. Trestle construction side of the operation, put forward the construction and operation safety challenges. To this end, we must implement safety control on the design, construction and operation of the trestle. By determining reasonable design standards and selecting structural forms, monitoring, maintenance and repair should be strengthened during construction and operation, traffic control should be implemented and early warning and rescue mechanisms should be established to ensure the normal construction and use of the bridge.
